As travel insurance is optional, we offer it as an add-on option. However, declaration is mandatory for packages worth $1,000 and more, as per STB’s requirements.

For Umrah packages, please fill up the registration form.

You will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment at the time of booking. Where you only pay a deposit you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you.

No problem at all. You may send in your registration at info@sunnyisland.com.sg or WhatsApp/SMS at 9424 9174. Payment may be made via Funds Transfer. Our bank details will be provided upon registration.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please note most flight fares have non-changeable and non-refundable booking conditions. Cancellation and administrative fees apply, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

For children between 2 years of age and up to age 11, fares are typically 75 – 80 percent of the full adult fare.

Umrah-Specific Questions

Generally, all ladies below 45 year olds must be accompanied by a male mahram. However, an appeal can be made dependent on each person’s unique circumstances. Do give us a call for a consultation.

One month before date of departure.

It generally takes 3-4 weeks and your passport will be returned to you only after Visa is issued.

If your passport is still with the embassy, you may apply for a Temporary Travel Document (TTD) at the ICA with a supporting letter from us. TTD fees and visa requirements apply.
